OLX Booster is a Chrome extension designed to help OLX users automate the process of generating optimized listing titles and descriptions using AI technology. This privacy policy explains how the extension collects, uses, and protects user data.

Single Purpose

OLX Booster serves a single, clear purpose: to extract listing information from OLX websites and send it to the user's n8n automation workflow for AI-powered content generation and optimization.

Data Collection

What Data We Collect

OLX Booster collects and processes the following types of data only from OLX listing pages:

• Listing URL – The web address of the current OLX listing
• Listing Title – The original title of the listing
• Listing Description – The original description text of the listing
• Listing Category – The category assigned to the listing on OLX

When Data is Collected

Data is collected only when:

• The user is actively viewing an OLX listing page
• The user manually clicks the extension icon/button
• The extension is explicitly activated by the user

No automatic or background data collection occurs.

How We Use Your Data

Data Processing

The collected data is used exclusively for:

• Sending listing information to the user's personal n8n webhook endpoint
• Enabling AI-powered generation of optimized listing titles and descriptions
• Improving the quality and SEO optimization of OLX listings

Data Transmission

• Data is transmitted only to the webhook URL configured by the user in the extension settings
• The extension does not send data to any third-party servers or services operated by the extension developer
• All data transmission occurs over secure HTTPS connections

Data Storage

Local Storage

The extension stores the following information locally in your browser:

• Your personal n8n webhook URL
• Extension configuration settings

This data never leaves your device and is used only for the extension's functionality.

No Server-Side Storage

• The extension developer does not operate any servers
• The extension developer does not collect, store, or have access to any user data
• All data processing happens between your browser and your personal n8n workflow

Permissions Justification

Permissions Used by OLX Booster:

• storage – Used to save your webhook URL and extension settings locally in your browser
• tabs – Used to detect the current tab's URL to verify you are on an OLX listing page
• activeTab – Used to read the content of the active tab only when you click the extension button
• scripting – Used to execute JavaScript code on OLX pages to extract listing data from the page structure
• Host permissions (OLX domains) – Required to access OLX websites (olx.ua, olx.pl, and other OLX country domains) to read listing information

The extension does not use remote code – All code is included in the extension package.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

No Data Selling

• We do not sell user data to any third parties
• We do not share user data with advertisers or data brokers

User-Controlled Data Transmission

• Data is sent only to the webhook URL you configure
• You maintain full control over where your data is sent
• The extension developer has no access to your data or your webhook endpoint

Data Security

• All data transmission uses secure HTTPS protocol
• Webhook URLs are stored locally and encrypted by the browser's built-in storage mechanisms
• No passwords, financial information, or personally identifiable information (PII) is collected

User Rights
